All our dishes are prepared in-house by our chefs, in a traditional fashion, with particular attention paid to the quality of the ingredients. Our menu is essentially focussed on belgian cooking, yet without too strict borders — in Belgium we're known for taking in outside influences and making them ours.


We revisit the most traditional recipes with our style, unearth some long-forgone ones such as our veal meatballs in white beer sauce, and invent daily specials with seasonal produce.


Tender meats, poultry and savoury fish dishes make up most of the menu, but the vegetarian will find something to bite on too.
